The La Huerta Copper Discovery

Prior to Axo Copper’s ownership, small scale surface mining operations took place at La Huerta, predominantly focused in an area called ‘Las Marias’ along the La Huerta trend. The mineralization comes in the form of a high-grade copper dyke within the andesite host rock, within a zone of significant alteration.
